В 1773году в местечке Ак-Кежик был построен Хурээ рядом с горой Теве-Даш похожей на верблюда. Поэтому ставка Амбын-Нойона переехала в это местечко. И Теве-Даш стал второй столицей Тувы. Здесь был центр торговли с Монголией и Китаем. Самагалтай-первая столица Тувы, местонахождение Амбын-Ноянов-верховных правителей Тувы, более 160лет управлявших Тувой и отстоявших ее перед всеми завоевателями.

Добраться до Теве-Хая  непросто: сначала надо от Самагалтайской автозаправочной станции повернуть на юго-восток, пересечь реку Дыттыг-Хем и следовать  по дороге, ведущей в горы, затем в брод перебраться на левый берег узенькой речки Холь-Оожу и двигаться дальше вверх по течению. Дорога приведет прямо к Теве-Хая. По камням надо перебраться на правый берег Холь-Оожу - и скала перед вами Она действительно похожа на верблюда, лежащего в залитой солнцем долине. Видны два горба, голова и даже глаза. Высота скалы-9м, длина-25м, ширина-до 3м. Любители приключений обычно поднимаются наверх, чтобы посидеть на “Верблюжьих горках” и полюбоваться живописными окрестностями.
